Valens Extended Access
Valens Extended Access Hub is a new service operating from Monday 2 October 2017 outside of your GP practice’s opening hours. It is run by Valens Medical Partnership’s multidisciplinary team of health professionals and offers a limited number of same-day appointments with GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs). Pre-bookable practice nurse appointments are also available every weekday evening and on Saturday mornings. Any registered NHS patient from Valens practices (Brockwell, Lintonville, Wellway) can access the new service by simply phoning their own GP surgery. Our GPs, ANPs and nursing team have full access to your medical records to provide the best possible care. Whether it’s a routine appointment, check-up or annual review you will receive the same care as at your usual practice.
